Holiday between vineyards and apple orchards…

The Haus Elefant is located amidst vineyards and apple orchards some 500 metres from the centre of the village of Andriano. Outside the house, next to its very own vineyard, is a large sunbathing lawn: the apartments and garden terrace also offer wonderful views of Bolzano and the surrounding mountain scenery. Parking is available outside the door.

Fam. Unterkofler run the establishment, energetically supported by their children, and together the family ensures that guests will want for nothing! The beautiful flowers and bushes around the house are carefully tended, as are the apartments which meet the highest climate standards and are sustainably heated with geothermal and solar energy.

The hosts are always ready with advice for walks, restaurants and events in the area, while for golfers there is a golf course nearby at Riva di Sotto/Appiano. Convivial barbecue evenings with live music are also held from time to time!

Peace and relaxation in the midst of nature Welcome to the vacation home "Haus Elefant"! Our Haus Elefant is nestled in vineyards and apple orchards in the heart of Andriano. It offers two spacious vacation apartments that are modern and comfortably furnished. The recently built house meets the highest climate standards and is powered exclusively by geothermal energy. Thanks to the particularly quiet location, the wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains - especially the Rosengarten - and the lovingly designed sunbathing lawn, our house is the ideal place to escape the stresses of everyday life. At the same time, it is a perfect starting point for hikes, bike tours or excursions in the surrounding area. We are happy to take the time to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Please note: Dogs are unfortunately not allowed. The Unterkofler family looks forward to your visit!
